IT WAS BOUND TO GET QUIET – THE HOLIDAY SEASON IS OFFICIALLY UPON US!………….In total, just 7 homes were sold in the past week. That’s almost half of the output from the week prior where we had sold 13 homes. Total value of these 7 home sales was just over $3 million dollars compared to $6.3 million the week prior. The highest priced sale was a beautiful Townhome on the North side of the city which sold for more than $700k. The difference between listing price and sales price was 97% for the week. Most “Sellers” are being very realistic with their offering price, and we are firmly locked into a balanced market at this time. If you have been following this weekly post, then you would know that RIGHT NOW is a GREAT time to buy that new HOME!
