Monday Market Report February 17 – 23, 2020

A BIT OF A DROP-OFF IN SALES PRODUCTION THIS WEEK……BUT IT’S STILL TURNING OUT TO BE A VERY PRODUCTIVE MONTH FOR HOMES SALES HERE IN PENTICTON! In total, we sold 11 homes in the past seven days, which is 14 fewer sales (25) vs. the output of homes sold the week prior. THE TOTAL VALUE of these 11 purchases was just over $4 million dollars, which is $9 million less ($13 million) vs. the week before. The highest priced purchase was a Single Family home in Sendero Crescent (Columbia/Duncan) which sold for more than $670,000. The difference between listing price and sales price was 96% for the week.
