ANOTHER STEADY WEEK IN THE REAL ESTATE GAME HERE IN PENTICTON……FEBRUARY HAS TURNED OUT TO BE A VERY PRODUCTIVE MONTH FOR HOMES SALES. In total, we sold 12 homes in the past seven days, which is 1 more sales (11) vs. the output of homes sold the week prior. THE TOTAL VALUE of these 12 purchases was just over $5.3 million dollars, which is $1 million more ($4 million) vs. the week before. The highest priced purchase was a Single Family home in Sendero Crescent (Columbia/Duncan) which sold for more than $670,000. The difference between listing price and sales price was 97% for the week. All indicators are pointing towards the trend being a SELLERS MARKET in the coming weeks!
