Monday Market Report January 13-19, 2020

  ANOTHER CONSISTENT WEEK OF SALES TO START 2020……..BUYER’S ARE OBVIOUSLY BACK DOWN TO BUSINESS! In total, we sold 14 homes in the past week which equals the output of homes sold the prior week. THE BIG difference was in the total value of these 14 home sales which eclipsed $6 million dollars compared to $3.7 million the week prior. THAT’S ALMOST DOUBLE! The highest priced sale was a Single Family home in Sendero Canyon which sold for more than $838k. The difference between listing price and sales price was 96% for the week. Most homeowners (Seller’s) are being very realistic with their offering price, and we are firmly locked into a balanced market at this time. If you have been following this weekly post, then you would know that RIGHT NOW is a GREAT time to buy that new HOME!
