IT’S BEEN A GOOD START TO 2020……..BUYER’S ARE VERY MOTIVATED AND FOCUSED ON BUYING PROPERTY!
In total, we sold 12 homes in the past week which is two shy (14) of the output of homes sold the week prior. THE TOTAL VALUE of these 12 purchases was just over $4.7 million dollars, compared to $6 million the week before. The highest priced sale was a Single Family home on the South Side of Penticton which sold for more than $1 million dollars. The difference between listing price and sales price was 96% for the week. Most homeowners (Seller’s) are being very realistic with their offering price, and we are firmly locked into a balanced market at this time. If you have been following this weekly post, then you would know that RIGHT NOW is a GREAT time to buy that new HOME!
