IT WAS ANOTHER PRODUCTIVE WEEK FOR REAL ESTATE SALES IN PENTICTON!……..In total, we sold 14 homes in the past seven days, which is two more sales (12) vs. the output of homes sold the week prior. THE TOTAL VALUE of these 14 purchases was just over $7.6 million dollars, compared to $4.7 million the week before. The highest priced sale was a Single Family home in the Wiltse Neighbourhood which sold for more than $900,000 dollars. The difference between listing price and sales price was 96% for the week. Most homeowners (Seller’s) are being very realistic with their offering price, and we are firmly locked into a balanced market at this time. If you have been following this weekly post, then you would know that RIGHT NOW is a GREAT time to buy that new HOME!
