TURKEY TIME IS OVER……AND BUYER’S ARE BACK DOWN TO BUSINESS! In total, we sold 14 homes in the past week. That’s DOUBLE the homes sold as compared to the week prior. Total value of these 14 home sales was just over $3.7 million dollars compared to $2.9 million the week prior. The highest priced sale was a Townhome in the North end of the city which sold for more than $450k. The difference between listing price and sales price was 98% for the week. Most homeowners (Seller’s) are being very realistic with their offering price, and we are firmly locked into a balanced market at this time.
