A REALISTIC START TO MARCH FOR HOME SALES IN PENTICTON……In total, we sold 14 homes in the past seven days, which is 2 more sales (12) vs. the output of homes sold the week prior. THE TOTAL VALUE of these 14 purchases was just over $4.5 million dollars, which is about $700,000 less ($5.3 million) vs. the week before. The highest priced purchase was a Single Family home on the North side of the city which sold for more than $690,000. The difference between listing price and sales price was 98% for the week, and it seems to be tightening up. All of my key indicators point towards the trend moving towards a SELLERS MARKET in the coming weeks!
