ANOTHER SOLID WEEK OF SALES…..In the residential resale market here in Penticton. In total, 20 properties in our region changed hands this past week versus 19 homes sold the week prior. The total value of these 20 transactions was just over $8.5 million dollars, compared to $9.3 million the week prior. The highest priced sale was a single-family home in the Wiltse/Valleyview neighbourhood which sold for more than $800,000. The variance between list price and actual sales price was 97%….and maintains the usual average variance between 96% and 98%.
