ANOTHER STRONG WEEK OF HOME SALES IN PENTICTON! This past week had Realtors® in the Penticton region sell 23 properties versus 20 homes sold the week prior. The total retail value for these 23 transactions was just over $11.2 million dollars, compared to $11.9 million the prior week. The highest priced transaction was a home in the Naramata region which sold for more than $825,000 dollars. The variance between list and sales price was 98%. Seller’s have sharpened their pencils, and in many cases have reduced their home values to more realistic levels to reflect our current market trend (Buyer’s Market).
