THE NUMBER WAS 20! That’s right, 20 homes changed ownership this past week compared to the “BLIP” we had the week prior where we had only sold 12 homes. Total retail value of these 20 transactions from this past week was just over $11.5 million dollars, compare that to the paltry $4.8 million the prior week, and I would say it was an overall productive week! The highest priced transaction was a single family home in the Wiltse / Valleyview neighbourhood which sold for more than $1,600,000 dollars. The variance between list and sales price continues to stay very consistent at 97%. Seller’s have “Dialed In” their asking price, and we are easily locked into a balanced market at this point in time. However, this is the perfect time for Buyers to be purchasing their new property!
