Another roller-coaster week in residential sales here in Penticton….one week up, and one week down! This week was the latter. We had 7 residential properties change hands last week compared to 12 properties from the week before. Total value of these seven transactions was just over $3 million, compared to $4.3 million the week prior. The highest priced sale was a half-duplex on the North side of the city which sold for more than $750,000. The ratio of list price to actual sales price was 97% – exactly the same as the week before.
