Located in southern Penticton, Wiltse and Valleyview are two of Penticton’s prime neighbourhoods, with a variety of home styles offering sweeping panoramic views over the valley, while wooded areas rise above.

A short distance away, the sandy beaches of Skaha Lake Park stretch along the lakefront, backed by green spaces and walking trails.

At the core of the community is Wiltse Elementary School, with expansive fields and playground. Older students travel to the paired Skaha Lake Middle and Princess Margaret Secondary Schools.

To the south, the world-famous Skaha Bluffs Provincial Park, beckons with its hiking trails and rock-climbing areas.

In the other direction, South Main Street leads you to shopping and dining in central and downtown Penticton.
