Family is at the heart of Shannon’s life. He and his best friend and wife, Liza, have raised three sons: Justin, Jordan and Joshua. Away from work, he enjoys golf and travelling across Western Canada to support his sons at tournaments.

Liza brings over 35 years of marketing expertise, including the past five years working alongside Shannon as his Marketing Coordinator and Unlicensed Assistant. With an in-depth understanding of the South Okanagan market, she excels at designing customized strategies that harness print, digital, and social media platforms to maximize exposure for every listing and enhance the client experience.
Her career highlights include serving as an Account Executive with CTV Saskatchewan, where she partnered with both local and national businesses to craft and execute impactful marketing campaigns. She has also held senior sales positions across leading Canadian newspapers, further strengthening her leadership skills and professional foundation.
Spanning marketing, financial services industry, and real estate, Liza’s diverse background equips her with the adaptability, creativity, and strategic insight needed to succeed in competitive environments.
Beyond her professional life, Liza treasures time with her husband of 33 years, Shannon, and their three grown sons and their partners. She fully embraces the Okanagan lifestyle she has always loved, with family at the heart of it all.
