- As of today, we are in a very strong SELLERS market!
- The average Single Family home price is now $603,250. Up 11% from the same period last year.
- 123 Residential homes sold in August. An increase of 66% vs. August 2019 (74 homes).
- There are only 150 Single Family Homes currently for sale. Last year there was 209 homes.
- 594 homes have sold this year compared to 602 last year.
- More than $280 million dollars of residential property has been sold in 2020. An increase of 10% ($255 million) vs. last year.
- 492 active listings in the city of Penticton vs. 465 last year.
- 135 new homes hit the market in August compared to 144 listings the year prior.
