Monday Market Report Nov 26 – Dec 3, 2018

A bit of a bounce-back last week….I’ll be honest, I didn’t see that coming! In total, we sold 12 properties this past week (up from 6 the week prior). Total sales were just over $5.5 million dollars vs. total sales of just over 2 million the week prior. The highest priced transaction was a half-duplex in the Main/North neighbourhood that sold for more than $750,000. It’s still fair to say that the Penticton housing market is in a Christmas cooldown, but a great scenario for people looking to buy! The ratio of list price to actual sales price was 97% – not too bad at all.
