ANOTHER STEADY WEEK OF HOME SALES IN THE PENTICTON REAL ESTATE MARKET!

Penticton’s real estate market is showing healthy activity with 16 homes changing hands this week – a strong 33% increase from last week’s 12 sales and closely tracking last year’s pace of 17 sales. With 33 fresh listings joining the market, we’re seeing a vibrant, well-balanced marketplace. Buyers are enjoying excellent selection and the time to make thoughtful decisions without pressure. For sellers, this active market continues to attract motivated, qualified buyers ready to make their move. Highlight of the Week: A Full Duplex on the South side of Penticton sold for more than $1 Million Dollars. Overall, buyers secured homes at an average of 97% of the asking price, with 1 of the 16 properties selling at or above the listing price.

Inventory Check: There are currently 362 properties (of all types) available in Penticton today. That’s down from 425 Properties in January 2025. This is a 16% decline in “Active” inventory versus last year and has become a consistent trend in my year-over-year analysis.

Listing Activity: Over the past month, 134 new properties have entered the Penticton market, offering buyers an enhanced variety of homes to choose from.
