AND THE BEAT GOES ON! ANOTHER SOLID WEEK OF HOME SALES IN THE PENTICTON MARKET!
In total, we sold another 23 homes this week, up 2 sale from the week prior. The TOTAL value of these home purchases was just over $14.5 million dollars compared to $12 million the week prior. The highest priced sale was a single family home in the Uplands/Redlands area of Penticton which sold for $2,300,000 dollars. The difference between the listing price and actual sales price for the week ended up at 98%, which is two percentage points higher than last week’s sales ratio of 96%. Today’s housing market is still very much tilted towards SELLERS as there continues to be a tremendous amount of DEMAND with very little SUPPLY.
