  A SOLID WEEK OF HOME SALES IN THE PENTICTON REAL ESTATE MARKET!

22 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week. That’s UP 3 sales from a week ago (19), and UP 7 sales (15) for the same time period one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a Condo on the North side of Penticton which sold for $1.5 million dollars. The difference between the average listing price and the ACTUAL negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 97%, with JUST 2 of the 22 properties selling at or over their stated listing price. Inventory levels in the City of Penticton continue to be advantageous for those looking to buy! We are now back up to 564 properties (of all types) “For Sale” right now in the city compared to 427 homes this time last year – that’s an increase in inventory of +32% year over year. Buyer’s (at this moment in time) are still WINNING in today’s real estate marketplace.
