Two soft weeks in a row! Just 6 residential properties change hands last week compared to 7 sales from the week before. Total value of these six property transactions was just over $2.5 million, compared to $3 million the week prior. The highest priced sale was a Single Family Home in Wiltse / Valleyview which sold for more than $575,000. The variance between list price and actual sales price was 98%. This percentage continues to stay strong, always between 96% & 98% on a weekly basis. I still maintain that buyers have the upper-hand in the housing market with lots of inventory currently for sale.
