- This is still an extraordinarily strong SELLERS market!
- We sold 1,066 “doors” in Penticton for 2020. That’s 238 more homes vs. last year.
- The average Single Family home price is now $631,000. Up 15% from last year.
- 89 Residential homes sold this month. An increase of 141% vs. December 2019 (37 homes).
- Inventory levels are extremely low. There are less than 100 Single Family Homes (88) currently for sale.
- 1,066 homes have sold this year compared to 828 last year.
- More than $514 million dollars of residential property has been sold in 2020. An increase of 45% ($356 million) vs. last year.
- 254 current “doors for sale” (all categories) in the city of Penticton vs. 332 last year.
- 52 new homes hit the market in November compared to 81 listings the year prior.
