The average Single family home price in the South Okanagan was $726,141, UP more than 32% versus last year! Please keep in mind that stat’s in the first month of the year can be a little misleading. For example, did one (or more) higher priced home sales in January artificially inflate the average since there is no Year To Date balancing total? Regardless, this is still a remarkably strong SELLERS market!
