- We have quickly shifted back to a SELLERS market in the past 45 days.
- 101 Residential homes were sold in July. That’s 11 more homes sold (90) vs. July 2019.
- There are now 176 Single Family Homes currently for sale. Last year there was 205 homes.
- 467 homes have sold this year compared to 525 for the same period last year.
- More than $216 million dollars of residential property has been sold to date in 2020. Only down $6 million dollars ($222 million) vs. last year.
- 532 active listings in the city of Penticton vs. 454 last year.
- 198 new MLS listings hit the market in July compared to only 141 listings the year prior.
- Average Single Family home price in Penticton is $596,000. Up 10% from the same period last year.
