Another 50 homes changed hands this week, that’s absolutely incredible! This was up 13 house sales (39) vs. the week prior. Now get this, the TOTAL value of these 50 purchases was just over $28 million dollars compared to the $22 million dollars in sales the week prior. The highest priced sale was a Single Family home in the Uplands/Redlands area which sold for more than $2.6 million dollars. The difference between the listing price and actual sales price for the week ended up at 100% – You can’t get closer to 100% than that! 30 of the 50 homes that closed this past week were sold AT OR ABOVE their asking price.
