Penticton Real Estate: 15 Sales, 33 New Listings & Selection Is Strong for Buyers This Spring!

Fifteen sales crossed the finish line in Penticton last week – a touch quieter than the 16 the week before, and two more than this time last year. Meanwhile, 33 new listings hit the market, adding to an already well-stocked inventory. Buyers have real options right now, and real time to weigh them, the kind of breathing room that’s been largely absent for the past few years. That a 4% increase in available inventory, a pattern that has been showing up consistently in the data over the past couple of months and is worth watching as we move deeper into spring.
