In total, we had 47 homes change hands, down only 4 sales vs. the week prior. The TOTAL value of these 47 transactions was just under $29 million dollars compared to $30 million dollars in sales the week prior. The highest priced sale was a piece of land in the Naramata region which sold for more than $1.2 million dollars. Just like the week prior, the difference between the listing price and actual sales price for the week was OVER 100%, with 26 of the 47 homes selling AT OR WELL ABOVE their asking price.
