SMASHING WEEK OF HOME SALES HERE IN PENTICTON
…AND OUR REGION FOR THAT MATTER!

In total, we sold ANOTHER 36 properties in Penticton over the past seven days, that’s only 11 less sales vs. our RECORD BREAKING numbers from the week prior. The TOTAL value of these 36 purchases was just slightly under $23 million dollars, down only by a fraction vs. the week before. The highest priced sale was an acreage on the Naramata Bench which sold for more than $2.7 million dollars. The difference between the listing price and actual sales price for the week ended up at 98%. This is right in line with last week’s sales ratio of 98%. EVERY sales indicator that I use tells me that this is still a “BULLISH” resale market at this moment in time. Lots of “DEMAND” and not much “SUPPLY”. In fact, since the start of August we have sold 103 doors in Penticton. That’s a 40% increase in sales over the entire month of August 2019 – and we still have 8 days to go. WOW!
