IT WAS A “SKIDDISH” WEEK OF HOME SALES IN PENTICTON!

A TOTAL of 14 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week. That’s DOWN 1 home sale (15) from the previous week, but on PAR for home sales (14) for the same time period one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a Single-Family Home that sold on the South side of Penticton for more than $950K. The difference between the average listing price and the ACTUAL negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 97%, with ONLY 4 of 14 homes SELLING at or above there stated listing price. Our current inventory levels hover around 420+ homes (of all types) “For Sale” right now compared to 312 homes this time last year – that’s an increase in inventory year over year of +35%. Did you know that we SOLD 74 Homes in Penticton & Naramata in August? That’s UP 6 (68) sales compared to August 2022!
