IT WAS A PEACHFEST KIND OF WEEK IN THE CITY OF PENTICTON!

JUST 15 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week. That’s DOWN 6 home sales (21) from the previous week, but UP 2 home sales (13) for the same time period one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a single-family home that sold in the Wiltse/Valleyview neighbourhood for $1.3 Million Dollars. The difference between the average listing price and the ACTUAL negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 98%, with ONLY 4 of 15 homes SELLING at or above there stated listing price. Our current inventory levels hover around 411+ homes (of all types) “For Sale” right now compared to 301 homes this time last year – that’s an increase in inventory year over year of +37%.
