FEBRUARY ENDS WITH ANOTHER QUIET WEEK OF HOME SALES IN THE CITY OF PENTICTON.

JUST 13 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week, that’s UP 1 sale (12) from the previous week, but DOWN 8 home sales (21) for the same week one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a single-family home in the Uplands/Redlands neighbourhood which sold for more than $1.1 million dollars. The difference between the average listing price and the average negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 95%, with just 3 of the 13 homes SELLING at or above there listing price. Our current Inventory levels hover around 307 homes (of all types) “For Sale” right now compared to 151 homes this time last year – that’s an increase in inventory year over year of +103%.
