FEBRUARY WRAPS UP WITH STRONG & STEADY SALES IN PENTICTON!
Another 12 properties were SOLD in Penticton this past week. That’s just down 1 sale from the previous week (13), but on par with the same time period last year (13). The highest-priced transaction was a Single-Family Home in the Wiltse neighbourhood which sold for more than $1.2 million dollars. The average negotiated sales price this past week was 99% of the listing price, with 2 of the 12 properties selling at or above there stated listing price.
