ANOTHER SLOW WEEK OF HOME SALES IN THE PENTICTON REAL ESTATE MARKET!
JUST 5 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week, that’s DOWN 2 sales (7) from the previous week, and DOWN 2 home sales (7) from the same time period one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a single-family home in the North area which sold for more than $460,000. The difference between the average listing price and the average negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 94%. Our current Inventory levels hover around 285+ homes (of all types) “For Sale” right now compared to 149 homes this time last year. That’s an increase in inventory year over year of 91%. Based on our DECEMBER month-end stats, we are firmly locked into a “BUYERS” housing market at this point in time!
