A LITTLE SPIKE IN PENTICTON HOME SALES TO FINISH THE MONTH!
A TOTAL of 11 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week, that’s UP 6 sales (5) from the previous week, but DOWN 11 home sales (22) from the same time period one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a single-family home in the Columbia/Duncan neighbourhood which sold for more than $790,000. The difference between the average listing price and the average negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 96%. Our current Inventory levels hover around 289+ homes (of all types) “For Sale” right now compared to 149 homes this time last year. That’s an increase in inventory year over year of 94%. Based on our DECEMBER month-end stats, we are STILL firmly locked into a “BUYERS” housing market at this point in time!
