A TYPICAL (JANUARY) WEEK OF HOME SALES IN THE PENTICTON REAL ESTATE MARKET!

JUST 7 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week, that’s UP 3 sales (4) from the previous week, and UP 1 home sales (6) from the same time period one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a single-family home in the North area which sold for more than $750k. The difference between the average listing price and the average negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 97%. Our current Inventory levels hover around 282+ homes (of all types) “For Sale” right now compared to 149 homes this time last year. That’s an increase in inventory year over year of 89%. Based on our DECEMBER month-end stats, we are firmly locked into a “BUYERS” housing market.
