ONLY 13 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week. That’s DOWN 11 sales (24) from the previous week, and DOWN 5 sales (18) for the same time period one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a single-family home that sold in the Wiltse/Valleyview neighbourhood for more than $2.5 Million Dollars. The difference between the average listing price and the ACTUAL negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 98%, with ONLY 1 of the 13 homes SELLING at or above there stated listing price. Our current inventory levels hover around 424+ homes (of all types) “For Sale” right now compared to 313 homes this time last year – that’s an increase in inventory year over year of +35%.SALES by property type for the 13 properties SOLD this past week (July 10 – July 16).
