ANOTHER SOLID WEEK OF SALES IN THE CITY OF PENTICTON!
In total, another 26 doors changed hands in the past seven days, which is only down slightly (32 properties sold) vs. the prior week. The TOTAL value of these 26 purchases was just over $14.5 million dollars, an INCREASE of just over $600k vs. the week before. The highest priced sale was an acreage on the Naramata bench which sold for more than $2,350,000. The difference between the listing price (and in some cases, these are adjusted listing prices from where the sellers started) and actual sales price for the week ended up at 97%. This is down just a bit from last week’s sales ratio of 98%.
