20 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week. That’s UP 7 home sales (13) from the previous week, but DOWN 1 sale (21) for the same time period one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a 12-acre Lot that sold on the West Bench for more than $1 Million Dollars. The difference between the average listing price and the ACTUAL negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 96%, with ONLY 6 of the 20 homes SELLING at or above there stated listing price. Our current inventory levels hover around 418+ homes (of all types) “For Sale” right now compared to 313 homes this time last year – that’s an increase in inventory year over year of +33%.SALES by property type for the 20 properties SOLD this past week (July 17 – July 23).
