Monday Market Report July 20-26, 2020

CALL IT A “CARBON COPY” OF THE PREVIOUS WEEK!
AND ANOTHER GREAT WEEK OF SALES IN THE CITY OF PENTICTON!

In total, another 26 doors changed hands over the past seven days, which is exactly the same amount of sales vs. the prior week. The TOTAL value of these 26 purchases was just over $12.7 million dollars, a decrease in value of $1.8 million dollars vs. the week before. The highest priced sale was an acreage on the Naramata bench which sold for more than $900,000. The difference between the listing price (and in some cases, these are adjusted listing prices from where the sellers started) and actual sales price for the week ended up at 98%. This is a small increase from last week’s sales ratio of 97%.
