A PREDICTABLE WEEK OF HOME SALES IN THE CITY OF PENTICTON!

15 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week. That’s DOWN 5 home sales (20) from the previous week, but on PAR with home sales (15) for the same time period one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a Full-Duplex that sold in the Columbia/Duncan neighbourhood for more than $1.5 Million Dollars. The difference between the average listing price and the ACTUAL negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 99%, with JUST 4 of the 15 homes SELLING at or above there stated listing price. Our current inventory levels hover around 419+ homes (of all types) “For Sale” right now compared to 313 homes this time last year – that’s an increase in inventory year over year of +34%.
