ANOTHER SOLID WEEK OF SALES TO FINISH OFF A GREAT MONTH
OF SALES ACTIVITY IN THE CITY OF PENTICTON!

In total, we closed another 31 doors over the past seven days, which is FIVE more sales vs. the prior week. The TOTAL value of these 31 purchases was just over $14.5 million dollars, an INCREASE of $1.8 million dollars vs. the week before. The highest priced sale was a Single Family home on the South side of Penticton which sold for more than $1,100,000. The difference between the listing price (and in some cases, these are adjusted listing prices from where the sellers started) and actual sales price for the week ended up at 99%. This is an increase from last week’s sales ratio of 98%.
