A SUMMER BURST OF SALES ACTIVITY IN THE CITY OF PENTICTON!

AN ASTONISHING 24 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week. That’s UP 7 sales (17) from the previous week, and UP 9 sales (15) for the same time period one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a single-family home that sold in the Wiltse/Valleyview neighbourhood for more than $1.2 Million Dollars. The difference between the average listing price and the ACTUAL negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 97%, with ONLY 3 of the 24 homes SELLING at or above there stated listing price. Our current inventory levels hover around 411+ homes (of all types) “For Sale” right now compared to 313 homes this time last year – that’s an increase in inventory year over year of +31%.
