BOUNCEBACK WEEK OF HOME SALES IN PENTICTON AS WE HEAD INTO AUGUST!

21 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week. That’s UP 6 home sales (15) from the previous week, and UP 6 home sales (15) for the same time period one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a single-family home that sold on the West Bench for $1.3 Million Dollars. The difference between the average listing price and the ACTUAL negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 97%, with ONLY 4 of 21 homes SELLING at or above there stated listing price. Our current inventory levels hover around 402+ homes (of all types) “For Sale” right now compared to 301 homes this time last year – that’s an increase in inventory year over year of +33%.
