Monday Market Report July 6 – July 12, 2020

IT’S NOT SLOWING DOWN – AND I’M NOW OFFICIALLY DECLARING IT A “SELLERS MARKET”! We had another SOLID week of sales in the first full week of July. In total, 32 doors changed hands in the past seven days, which is UP 13 sales vs. the prior week. The TOTAL value of these 32 purchases was just over $13.9 million dollars, an INCREASE of more than $3.2 million vs. the week before. The highest priced sale was a condo on Lakeshore Drive which sold for more than $1,600,000. The difference between the listing price (and in some cases, these are adjusted listing prices from where the sellers started) and actual sales price for the week ended up at 98%. This is up from last week’s sales ratio of 97%. Here’s a breakdown of sales by property “type” for this past week (July 6th – July 12th)
