BIGGEST SALES WEEK OF 2023 IN THE PENTICTON REAL ESTATE MARKET!

A WHOPPING 28 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week. That’s UP 10 sales (18) from the previous week, and UP 3 sales (25) for the same time period one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a single-family home that sold in the Uplands/Redlands neighbourhood of Penticton for more than $1.5 Million. The difference between the average listing price and the ACTUAL negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 98%, AND 10 of the 28 homes SOLD at or above the stated listing price. Our current inventory levels hover around 417+ homes (of all types) “For Sale” right now compared to 163 homes this time last year – that’s an increase in inventory year over year of +155%.
