The highest priced transaction was a single-family home that sold in the Uplands/Redlands neighbourhood of Penticton for more than $1.5 Million. The difference between the average listing price and the ACTUAL negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 98%, AND 10 of the 28 homes SOLD at or above the stated listing price.
