A TYPICAL WEEK OF HOME SALES TO KICK-OFF JULY!

In total, just 17 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week. That’s UP 2 sales (15) from the previous week, and UP 1 sale (16) for the same time period one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a condo that sold in the North side of the City for more than $1.1 Million Dollars. The difference between the average listing price and the ACTUAL negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 98%, with ONLY 5 of the 17 homes SELLING at or above there stated listing price. Our current inventory levels hover around 420+ homes (of all types) “For Sale” right now compared to 313 homes this time last year – that’s an increase in inventory year over year of +34%.
