SLOW & STEADY WEEK OF HOME SALES IN THE PENTICTON REAL ESTATE MARKET!

ANOTHER 18 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week. That’s UP 2 sales (16) from the previous week, but on PAR for the same time period one year ago with 18 home sales. The highest priced transaction was a half-duplex that sold in the North area of Penticton for more than $1 Million. The difference between the average listing price and the ACTUAL negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 98%, AND 5 of the 18 homes SOLD at or above the stated listing price. Our current inventory levels hover around 406+ homes (of all types) “For Sale” right now compared to 163 homes this time last year – that’s an increase in inventory year over year of +149%.
