MARCH GOES OUT LIKE A LION!

Another banner week with 39 homes changing hands, only down 11 vs. the week prior. The TOTAL value of these 39 transactions was just over $20 million dollars compared to the $28 million dollars in sales the week prior. The highest priced sale was a Single Family home in the Naramata region which sold for more than $1.2 million dollars. Just like the week prior, the total difference between the listing price and actual sales price was OVER 100% – THAT’S REMARKABLE! Did you know that we have sold more than 150 homes in March 2021? Last year we sold 59 homes…..THAT’S CLOSE TO A 200% INCREASE IN SALES VOLUME! Today’s housing market is unlike anything we have ever seen before – HEAVILY tilted towards SELLERS with no end in sight!
