SIZZLIN HOT HOUSING MARKET CONTINUES TO “MARCH” ALONG!

In total, we had another 33 homes change hands this week, which is identical to last week. The TOTAL value of these 33 purchases was just over $18 million dollars compared to the same $18 million the week prior. The highest priced sale this week was a single family home in Penticton which sold for more than $1.1 million dollars. The difference between the listing price and actual sales price for the week ended up at 99%, which is on par with last week. 16 of the 33 homes bought this past week were sold AT OR ABOVE their asking price. Today’s housing market stays HEAVILY tilted towards SELLERS and there doesn’t appear to be any end in sight to this trend.
