ANOTHER CONSISTENT WEEK OF HOME SALES IN THE PENTICTON REAL ESTATE MARKET!

A TOTAL of 19 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week. That’s DOWN 1 sale (20) from the previous week, but UP 6 home sales (13) for the same time period one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a single-family home that sold in “rural” Penticton for more than $1,200,000. The difference between the average listing price and the ACTUAL negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 94%, AND just 3 of the 19 homes SOLD at or above the stated listing price. Our current inventory levels hover around 379 homes (of all types) “For Sale” right now compared to 279 homes this time last year – that’s an increase in inventory year over year of +36%.
