DECENT WEEK OF HOME SALES IN THE PENTICTON REAL ESTATE MARKET!
A TOTAL of 18 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week. That’s UP 1 sale (17) from the previous week, but DOWN 4 home sales (22) for the same week one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a single-family home that sold on the West Bench for more than $799,000. The difference between the average listing price and the average negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 99%, WITH just 3 of the 18 homes SELLING at or above there listing price. Our current inventory levels hover around 371 homes (of all types) “For Sale” right now compared to 279 homes this time last year – that’s an increase in inventory year over year of +33%.
